The Golden Fork began as a small family restaurant with just 20 seats, founded by Master Chef Antonio Romano. What started as a dream to share authentic, heartfelt cuisine has evolved into one of the city's most celebrated dining establishments.

Following in his father's footsteps, Chef Alessandro brings a perfect blend of traditional techniques and modern innovation to The Golden Fork. Trained at Le Cordon Bleu and with experience in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe, he returned home to continue the family legacy.
Under his leadership, The Golden Fork has earned numerous accolades, including the prestigious “Restaurant of the Year” award three times. His commitment to sourcing the finest local ingredients and supporting regional farmers has made us a cornerstone of the farm-to-table movement.
